1. Countersunk hole -- The transition part of the hole wall at the outermost/maximum aperture and the hole wall at the most small hole is parallel to the pcb surface, and the part connecting the large hole is a plane, not an inclined plane. The connecting part of the big hole is an inclined plane, not a plane. Note the angular (0-180 degree) control
2. Countersunk hole - funnel hole, but the top of the installation of screws and other things are all on the pcb surface. The connecting part of the big hole is an inclined plane, not a plane.
3. Horn hole - similar to countersunk hole
4. Crimping hole - the aperture does not change, but the aperture tolerance is generally +/-2mil, the requirements are very strict, plug-in feet generally do not need to be welded. Common crimping holes are copper-plated plug holes. Generally, the countersunk hole is often used.
The processing methods of countersunk hole include drilling and countersunk hole processing. Countersunk hole is divided into flat bottom countersunk hole and cone countersunk hole. No matter what kind of countersunk hole, it is necessary to drill the main through hole with a drill, and then choose different tools according to the shape of the countersunk hole. On the basis of drilling, the countersunk hole should be milled out by end milling cutter. Cone countersink holes need to be processed with larger drill bits on the drilled holes. During countersunk machining, the workpiece is positioned once to ensure the coaxiality of the hole and countersunk hole.
